We utilize push signs to advertise “Coming Soon” before your home is listed to get attention and build anticipation for your home.

Once listed you will have a White Howard Hanna Post Sign in your yard with The Coverdale Team and Agent contact information. This is one of the most recognizable signs in our area. After your Home comes to market, we expect showings to start very quickly. We will handle all consumer inquiries about your home and handle showing your home to these potential buyers. We also coordinate and manage follow-up with showings for other agents. Collecting feedback and providing consistent and expedient responses to inquiries ensures that interested buyers are engaged while your home is at the front of their mind.

We partner with Centralized Showing Service (CSS) to handle all of your showings. All Agents with potential buyers are directed to CSS to request their showings. This allows us to track and manage all of your showing requests in one place, we can even set up text notifications for you to approve if you’d like. This also ensures that only Licensed Realtors can show your home and keeps your home and valuables safe.

We place a Lockbox on your home to allow access for approved showings. A Realtor will always accompany showings and they will be given the code for the lockbox, not the buyers.


Weekly Seller Updates

Our Real Estate Market is dynamic and complex. To better help you understand our market and how it applies to your home, we provided weekly seller updates. These emails are meant to show you market data and explain how the sale of your home is progressing. We analyze and compile data on Showing statistics for homes around your price point, online views or clicks, weekly showing feedback and new market conditions like competitor price reductions or new homes coming to market.


Negotiations and Contracts

There is no one way to sell a home, but through experience and understanding your needs we develop and implement a strategy to negotiate the best deal for your home. Once negotiations are complete we manage all of the paperwork and processes necessary to bring the transaction to completion.
